Slipwise ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

A. Account Information

When you register for an account, we collect personal information such as your email address, username, and secure authentication tokens.

B. Betting Data and Analytics

To provide our core tracking services, we collect and store the booking codes you enter, your betting history, stake amounts, and the resulting analytics generated by our system.

C. Device and Network Information

• Push Notification Tokens: We collect Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device registration tokens linked to your user ID. These are collected strictly to deliver background settlement alerts and notifications and are never shared or sold to advertising brokers.
• IP Addresses & Rate Limiting: Our servers log and inspect client IP addresses to prevent brute-force attacks and mitigate abuse on authentication routes. This is a standard security measure for fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our tracking services.
• Generate your personal Profile analytics.
• Send you technical notices, updates, and security alerts.
• Monitor and prevent fraudulent activity and unauthorized access.

3. Account Deletion and Data Retention

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

When a user requests account deletion, their authentication profile, personal tracking history, materialized analytics, and device tokens are permanently and securely wiped from our primary database via strict cascading deletion rules. Orphaned booking codes (stripped of any personally identifiable information) may temporarily remain in our global cache for a maximum of 7 days before being automatically purged by our background cleanup processes.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers (like Firebase) that assist us in operating our app and conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app.
